About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with remedial works experience to join a well-established contractor delivering projects across Brisbane. This is a long-term opportunity with clear progression into a Leading Hand role for the right person.

You will initially be part of a skilled team carrying out a range of structural and cosmetic remedial works, with the opportunity to step into a leadership position as projects and teams grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out structural and cosmetic remedial carpentry works

• Concrete repairs, patching, and minor formwork

• Replacement of damaged timber, cladding, and framing

• Install and repair balconies, windows, and external elements

• Interpret drawings and follow site specifications

• Assist with coordinating tasks and supporting team members

• Progress into a Leading Hand role overseeing small crews

Requirements

• Trade qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry)

• Experience in remedial carpentry preferred

• Strong all-round carpentry skills

• Leadership qualities or desire to step into a Leading Hand role

• Own tools and reliable transport

• White Card

• Reliable, professional, and team-focused
