Siteforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Production Carpenter to join a busy manufacturing team producing high-quality prefabricated building components. This is a fantastic opportunity for a carpenter who enjoys working in a workshop environment with consistent hours and long-term employment.

The Role
Working in a production workshop, your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing prefabricated wall frames, roof trusses and building components
- Reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Measuring, cutting and assembling timber products accurately
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Working as part of a collaborative production team to meet daily targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Carpenter (Cert III in Carpentry or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or framing environment (highly regarded)
- Ability to read and interpret building plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- White Card (preferred)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
