About the Role

Siteforce Recruitment is seeking skilled Formwork Carpenters for ongoing commercial construction projects across South East Queensland. You’ll be working on multi-storey developments, structural concrete frames, basements, and high-rise commercial buildings alongside a professional and safety-driven crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed formwork and structural drawings
• Construct, install, and strip formwork for slabs, columns, walls, cores, and staircases
• Assemble and align timber and modular formwork systems (Peri, Doka, or similar)
• Measure, cut, and fit formwork materials to specification
• Assist with reinforcement and concrete placement where required
• Ensure all work meets site safety and quality standards

Skills & Experience

• Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent trade qualification
• Previous experience in commercial formwork (high-rise, basements, or large structural projects and can do stairs)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe work practices
