Formwork Foreman – Commercial Construction (Brisbane)

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Foreman to join a well-established commercial construction project in Brisbane. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can run crews, plan works, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

About the Role

You will oversee day-to-day formwork operations on a commercial site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead formwork crews on commercial projects

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Plan daily works and manage labour and productivity

• Coordinate with Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors

• Maintain strong safety, quality, and housekeeping standards

• Manage formwork systems, materials, and site resources

• Mentor and support trades and labour on site

About You

• Proven experience as a Formwork Foreman on commercial projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Sound knowledge of formwork systems and concrete structures

• Ability to plan works and solve problems on site

• Safety-focused with a proactive attitude

• Trade qualification preferred

• White Card required (additional tickets an advantage)
