About the company

Siteforce Recruitment offers both labour hire and permanent jobs in the construction industry.  Our client is a Brisbane-based concrete and formwork construction company. They specialize in commercial and multi-residential projects across South East Queensland, handling tasks like multi-level suspended slabs, hydraulic self-climbing core systems, and in-situ columns 

About the role We're seeking experienced Commercial Formworkers for immediate starts with a well-established formwork company delivering major projects across Brisbane's New Farm, Hamilton, and Newport precincts. You'll work full-time, 10-hour days on commercial sites alongside a skilled, supportive team — with penalty rates applying after 8 hours every day.

Duties

• Assemble and install commercial formwork systems to plan specifications
• Read and interpret structural drawings and site plans
• Prepare structural concrete pours on commercial sites
• Maintain safe work practices and site compliance at all times
• Collaborate with site teams on high-rise and commercial developments

Skills & experience

• Proven commercial formwork experience (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred)
• Carpentry Trade Certificate (essential)
• White Card (essential)
• Ability to read and work from structural plans
• Working at Heights or EWP ticket (highly regarded)
