Skilled Labourer / Formwork Labourer – Kingscliff

$45 per hour + travel | Permanent role | Commercial and residential projects

Siteforce Recruitment is looking for a capable Skilled Labourer / Formwork Labourer to join an established building company in Kingscliff. You’ll support the site team across commercial and residential construction projects, with a mix of formwork and general building work.

This role will suit someone who can see what needs doing, work confidently with tools and materials, and keep pace with an experienced crew.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with formwork preparation, assembly, stripping and site clean-up.

• Measure, cut and move materials as directed by the carpenters and formworkers.

• Help set up work areas and prepare for concrete pours.

• Use hand and power tools safely and competently.

• Support other building tasks as the project progresses.

• Keep work areas tidy and follow site safety procedures.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience as a skilled construction labourer, with formwork experience highly regarded.

• Practical experience on commercial or residential building sites.

• A current White Card.

• Face fit test

• Confidence using common construction tools and working from site instructions.

• A reliable work ethic, your own transport and the ability to work well in a team.

• You must currently reside in Australia to be considered.
