About the Role
- Install premium outdoor shade structures in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Operate safely on-site while adhering to all Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Assist with project preparation, including site inspections, measure-ups, and fabrication preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment.
- Work closely with experienced installers and tradespeople to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

About You
Experience with shade structures is not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate. The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in delivering quality work.
Essential Requirements
- Current manual driver's licence.
- Good physical fitness and confidence working at heights.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Experience in construction, carpentry, glazing, installation, or a related trade.
- Current White Card.
- Full Australian working rights.
Required or Able to Obtain Quickly
- Blue Card.
- Working at Heights certification.
- EWP (under 11m) licence.
- Forklift licence.
Desirable
- Trade qualification in carpentry, shopfitting, rigging, or a related field.
- Experience with outdoor shade products or structural installations.
- Previous site-based installation experience.
