Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join a leading company servicing commercial and critical infrastructure facilities across the Gold Coast.
This role involves maintenance, repairs, and minor installation works across a variety of commercial sites, ensuring plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll work independently while being part of a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing systems

Diagnose and repair faults efficiently while maintaining high standards

Ensure all work complies with Australian standards and safety regulations

Complete accurate service documentation using tablets and mobile devices
-
Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members
-
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
-
Minimum 2 years’ commercial plumbing experience

Current QBCC Plumbing Licence
-
C Class Driver’s Licence
-
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and Australian standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management, fault-finding, and communication skills
Preferred (Not Essential)

Experience in maintenance of commercial or critical infrastructure sites

Familiarity with digital job management software (Uptick, tablets, smartphones)

Experience with backflow, gas fitting, or hot water systems
