Siteforce Recruitment is currently seeking experienced, hands-on Project Managers with backgrounds across both Civil and Commercial Construction. The Role
Your duties will include:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Manage budgets, risks, and resources to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Implement quality control and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Work locations across Mackay, Whitsunday Regions, and throughout Queensland as projects require
What You Will Need
- Civil operator machinery tickets and/or Project Management qualifications/experience
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Manager
- Hands-on experience delivering Australian civil construction projects
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions
- Australian Citizenship required
- $150,000 - $180,000 annual (depends on experience)
- Penalty rates
- Weekly pay

- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Company iPad or laptop (as required for the role)
- Five (5) high-visibility work shirts
- $80 per month phone allowance for use of a personal phone for work-related purposes
