About the Role:
Siteforce Recruitment is seeking an experienced Safety Officer
for a leading commercial construction company on the Gold Coast. You will ensure safety is embedded across all sites, working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality, compliant projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.

Investigate incidents and near misses, preparing reports with recommendations.

Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, codes of practice, and company standards.

Promote a strong safety culture across all sites.
Skills & Experience:
-
Cert IV WHS, OHS, or equivalent safety qualification.

Proven experience as a Safety Officer in commercial construction.
-
Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work across multiple sites.
