About the Company

Our client is a well-established commercial construction builder delivering major projects across the Gold Coast and Brisbane. With a strong pipeline of $100M+ developments and high-rise tower projects, they are looking to bring on an experienced Structural Foreman to join their team.

The Role

As Structural Foreman, you will oversee the structural phase of large-scale construction projects including high-rise towers. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure structural works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising all structural works on large commercial and tower projects

• Coordinating formwork, steel fixing and concrete trades

• Managing subcontractors and site teams

• Ensuring works are completed to programme and quality standards

• Maintaining strong site safety and compliance practices

• Conducting toolbox talks and coordinating daily site activities

• Liaising with engineers, project managers and consultants

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Structural Foreman on $100M+ projects

• Strong high-rise / tower construction experience

• Trade background in carpentry, formwork or structural concrete

• Ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors

• Strong understanding of structural sequencing and construction methodology

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
