The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to lead our on-site structural teams. You will supervise trades, coordinate works, and ensure projects run safely, on time, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise structural teams (carpenters, concreters, labourers).

• Read and interpret structural drawings and plans.

• Schedule and manage works to meet project deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Manage materials, plant, and equipment efficiently.

• Mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in structural or commercial construction.

• Strong knowledge of structural systems, formwork, and concrete works.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Construction White Card and relevant tickets.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
