Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee formwork, concrete, and reinforcement tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Interpret and execute drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
• Supervise and manage a team while maintaining clear communication with team leaders and directors.
• Be hands-on to ensure project progress aligns with company and client expectations.
• Assist in maintaining and following company procedures.
• Keep daily site records, including photos, day dockets, and logs, to ensure accurate project tracking.

Requirements:

• Either experience as a leading hand or an experienced carpenter (looking to move into a foreman role) in set-out, formwork, concrete, and reinforcement.
• Ability to read and understand drawings/plans and specifications.
• Must hold a valid White Card and relevant trade licenses.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a small team.
• Demonstrated loyalty, a hardworking attitude, and the ability to take initiative.
