The Opportunity:
We are specifically looking an experienced Project Manager that has experience dealing with major construction projects related to commercial buildings, property development, and government contracts. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven history in civil construction, specifically in building construction—not roads or mining. Also someone that understands and has experience being a contractor on large sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Oversee remedial demolition work and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead and mentor project teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Project Management.
• Strong experience in civil construction for commercial buildings (not roads or mining).
• Demonstrated experience with remedial and demolition projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
